Loring Place
Located in a historic circa 1848 Greenwich Village building, Loring Place is acclaimed Chef Dan Kruger's urban rustic New York restaurant. In partnership with Procurio and Craig Shillitto of NY-based Cycle Projects, the interior design reflects "cues from Kluger's culinary philosophy, utilizing beautiful natural ingredients and giving them a creative slant."
Christine Flynn Art was commissioned in 2016 for a Hudson Valley photo shoot, from which 4 selects were chosen for framed prints in the main dining area, and one showstopping 5-panel mixed media piece was created for the private dining room. Each piece pays homage to the simple pastoral beauty of the Hudson Valley landscape, spotlighting the regional farms and farmers who frequent the Union Square Greenmarket, where Kluger locally sources many of the menu's ingredients.
