When famed online retailer One Kings Lane decided to turn their seasonal Southampton pop-up into their first-ever bricks and mortar shop, they chose a Main Street century home, formerly a pharmacy in 1901, for their permanent destination. OKL's focus on history, architecture, and connection to the local community drove the inspiration behind the design of the seaside town retail shopping experience.

Christine Flynn Art was commissioned to create a series of custom surfboards for the OKL Southampton store. Each surfboard design is a limited edition of 3, concepted with Flynn's photography and graphic elements, and reimagined using the surfboard as the medium. The designs were then shaped and glassed in California and the result is ready-to-hang artwork that also happens to be a functional surfboard.

The surfboard collection has been shown at the NYC Affordable Art Fair and is now available at the One Kings Lane's Southampton store, their flagship in Soho, and at the newest location in the Fort Point neighbourhood of Boston.

Christine Flynn Art was commissioned in 2021 to curate all the photography for the property’s 10 cabins.

Loring Place by Chef Dan Kluger is located at 21 W. 8th Street in the heart of New York's Greenwich Village.

Since her first solo show at Pulse Contemporary Art Fair in New York, Flynn's work has been widely exhibited.

Christine Flynn is an artist living in Toronto working in photography and mixed media.
